Patrick Minges

Welcome to the umpteenth iteration of my website. When I get a day off, I like to recreate my website and kinda feel like by doing so I recreate myself. The only certainty is life is change. Currently, I live in Quaker Gap, N.C. in a house at the foot of Devil's Chimney at Hanging Rock State Park. I step out my backdoor and I am in the park....all 7000 acres. I currently teach social studies at Stokes Early College in Meadows, N.C.; it is something that I enjoy more than most of my professional engagements. I also teach at Forsyth Tech. I am working on my fourth book which hopes to look at Baptist missionaries among the Valleytown Cherokee prior to removal.
